Our dry-aged beef can be purchased in shares, bundles, or by the cut.
You can choose how you want it cut when purchasing a half or whole steer. We will call you and go over the cut sheet with you.
Price includes kill and disposal fees, all butchering and shrink wrapping. (shrink wrapping will insure your beef stays fresh longer) No hidden cost! You can make interest-free payments with several options at check out, or give us a call if that doesn't work for you, and we will accommodate your request if possible. The final price will be determined on hanging weight.
Immediate delivery as we have freezers full now, or we can schedule a delivery date when you are ready. The final price will be determined on hanging weight. You may receive a refund, but most will harvest at 1200 - 1500 lbs.
