Each vacuum-sealed package is available in three sizes and and patties. We don't call ours "hamburger" because it's more than just trim. Our ground beef includes carefully selected roasts, brisket, and steak ends, making it true whole-animal ground beef.
Our most popular blend is an 80/20 lean ratio delivering rich flavor without excess fat. However we do get special request for 70/30 during grilling season so if this is something you prefer let us know and we will be sure to stock some up for you.
