We've set aside a limited number of boxes with 15 pounds or more of assorted beef cuts at a clearance price. Boxes may include packages with misprinted labels or no labels, or beef that's getting closer to the end of its freezer life - all still safe, vacuum sealed, and stored at -0 degrees with no freezer burn. Sorry, no ground beef or organ meats!
At $8 per pound, this is an excellent way to fill your freezer with a variety of beef at a fraction of the usual cost. As we only have 4 or 5 boxes, when they're gone, they're gone.
